Returns & Exchange Policy
At WC Eyewear, we stand behind the quality of our products. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
* Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
* Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost.
